Venue Wi-Fi wasn't built for a keynote stream, a registration desk, and 400 phones at once. We design the connection layer before load-in, run it during the event, and plan for what happens if one path drops.
Event networking Dedicated event networks with bonded cellular and wired backup, so registration, presenters, and production aren't competing with guest traffic.
Live streaming Broadcast-style streams to YouTube, Zoom, Vimeo, or your own platform, with a technician watching the outbound signal the whole time.
Hybrid meetings Board meetings and conferences where remote participants can see, hear, and speak, not just watch. Cameras, room audio, and the meeting platform are engineered as one system.
Live captioning Human and automated captioning on screens and streams, so more of your audience can follow along.

Inclusive events bring more people, plain and simple. We build accessibility in from the start, not bolt it on at the last minute. Talon AV provides live captioning, sign language interpretation, audio description, assistive listening, and remote participation, so every attendee, in the room or online, can fully take part.
