National Nurses United Global Conference — San Francisco. When this multi-property conference brought 1,300+ delegates together for simultaneous interpretation, a hotel core router failed mid-event. Because Talon had pre-positioned bonded-cellular systems on site, we activated backup connections in moments and worked through the night to restore every critical interpretation and streaming channel by morning. Tech user conference — SF Pier 27. We led the technical team across AV, lighting, power, and network for a leading tech company's first in-person conference, blending on-site and virtual audiences with a 36-hour load-in/out window. Read more.
